Join us in our cozy Knitting Room anytime and during the Maine Yarn Cruise. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, all fiber artisans are welcome to relax, knit, crochet, spin, weave, or simply enjoy the company of fellow makers. Beginners are warmly welcomed, and free knitting lessons are available by appointment by calling Corry at 207-356-2464. An experienced knitter is often on site to offer guidance and encouragement, though availability may vary. Our peaceful space is designed for creativity and connection, and on beautiful days, chairs may be moved outdoors to the back lawn for knitting in the fresh Maine air. We offer a complete selection of luxurious alpaca yarns, along with patterns available through Ravelry and a large variety of needles, hooks, and notions to borrow or purchase during your visit. Guests can also enjoy our large-screen TV live streaming daily life from Northern Solstice Alpaca Farm in Unity, Maine, bringing the alpacas right into the knitting room experience.  And of course you can always take a look at the large selection of alpaca clothing, socks, blankets and more!
